Welcome to Rose Hill Plantation
This quiet, beautiful plantation abounds with nature and man and is meant to be enjoyed by its residents. Rose Hill is your community and we want you to feel a part of the many activities and amenities available.

The amenities available to Rose Hill Plantation property owners and residents include swimming pools, children's playground, tennis courts, Rose Hill Golf Course, fishing docks and boat ramps, Colleton Point, Cornerstone Grill Too Restaurant, leisure trails, numerous equestrian trails, Equestrian Center managed by Eddie Maple, Polo Field, Rose Hill Mansion and South Park for walking enthusiast. Residents are encouraged to utilize the various amenities of the Plantation and to adhere to their related rules and regulations.


Boating

Within the Plantation, private boats may be used in the Colleton River or in Hidden Lake on the Plantation's northeast boundary. The dock and boat landing are open to the residents from sunrise to midnight for fishing, shrimping, crabbing and boating.



Tennis Courts

There are two tennis court facilities in Rose Hill Plantation. They are located on the North side of the Plantation, across from Colleton Point, and on the South side at Willow Lake on Fairway Drive near the intersection with Whiteoaks Circle. All residents are welcome to sign up for Men's or Women's Tennis at the Willow Lake Courts.




Colleton Point Pavilion

The beautiful Colleton Point Pavilion & Gazebo are available for use for a variety of private functions. A Colleton Point Reservation form can be found under Resident Service/Managers Office. This form must be filled out and submitted to the POA Office for approval to use the facility. Colleton Point is often used for private functions such as weddings, family reunions, or birthdays.



Swimming Pools

Rose Hill Plantation offers its residents three pool facilities; The Colleton Point Pool is located at Rose Hill Drive on the North Side, the second one is Willow Lake Pool and is located at Fairway Drive on the South Side, and the third one is the Wood Eden Pool located at Clubhouse Drive on the South Side. Typically pools are open from April through October of each year. There are no lifeguards on duty so swimmers do so at their own risk.

                              



Rose Hill Golf Course

Rose Hill Golf Club is set among the Live Oaks of Rose Hill Plantation. Rose Hill is Low country golfing at its best with Spanish Moss hanging from the trees, sparkling lakes and an abundance of wildlife. This 18-hole gem is not just breathtaking but also a great challenge to all standards of golfer. 

Amenities include a natural turf driving range, putting green, two practice holes, an on-site Director of Instruction, professionally stocked golf shop and a full service restuarant. Rose Hill Golf Club is your total golfing experience!






Equestrian Center

The Plantation has an acclaimed Equestrian Center consisting of stables, paddocks and polo field. Members of the Association have access to trails that weave in determined areas throughout parts of the North side of the Plantation. On occasion, Rose Hill welcomes the general public to participate in various Equestrian Events, including polo matches.

Rose Hill Mansion   

The first Gothic Revival home of the Lowcountry. Construction of the Pre-Civil War rice plantation house began in the late 1850's by Dr. John Kirk and his wife Caroline. In 1983 the Rose Hill Mansion was listed in the National Register of Historic Places. In 1996 it was purchased by the Middleton-white Foundation and has been restored as a private home. This house is currently open for tours, weddings, group events and private gatherings.
